We have recently launched our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and are actively seeking to improve it. however, as all the other startups, we have our own unique challenges that we need to address, hence we need to make sure we've got the right people in our team to make this platform "The Career Development Platform".

User Journey Analysis for Career Roadmap Generation

This challenge involves analyzing the user journey to generate a personalized career roadmap.

Our platform allows users to upload their resumes and select a career goal. Using Artificial Intelligence, we then provide a detailed roadmap to help them achieve their chosen career objective.

Scenario


Imagine 1,000 users discovering MidShift by searching "Career Roadmap Generator" on Google.

Out of these 1,000 users, only 50% scroll through the entire page to generate their roadmap. From this group, only 30% proceed to upload their resumes to receive a career roadmap. Additionally, the satisfaction rate among those who complete the process and generate a roadmap is less than 40%.
